  Easy as Pie Auction:

  Easy As Pie Auction is a small family run business helping customers win great products at a fraction of the retailers price. After years of savings buying from other auctions, we decided to get into the action and provide others the same savings we earned.

  All products will have an in-house photo-so you can see exactly what you are bidding on and the condition of it. We are auctioning New, Used, Overstock and Store Returns on our auction; please check the description of the item and all photos.

FEES & BUYER’S PREMIUM
Our Premiums are clear, upfront pricing. The standard fees that apply to every winning bidder:

• 16% buyer’s premium on all winning bids
• $1.00 per item handling fee
• 13% HST
  When payment is due:
• Invoices are issued after the auction closes.
• Bidders must pay before picking up auction items. Any auction items not picked up on specified pick up day and time will be considered abandoned.

Preferred payment method:

• We encourage all bidders to pay bye-transfer. This avoids additional fees and helps keep costs down for everyone. E-Transfers can be sent to easyaspieauction@gmail.com. If you would like to pay cash, please bring exact amount as we do not provide change. All items not paid for and picked up at the end of pick up time stated will be considered abandoned and charged to credit card on file with an additional 3% for credit card fees.
  RETURN POLICY
  All bids placed on Easy as Pie Auction are final and binding. All items are sold “as is”, with no guarantees or warranties. We strive to provide accurate listings and fair assessments. However, please remember we are an auction site and not a retail store.
